This is a transformational role within a well-established engineering company with more than 100 years of industry heritage. You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy, managing your own diary and supporting customers across the UK and Ireland.
You’ll be joining a stable, globally respected business at a key stage of growth, where there is significant opportunity to influence the market, shape customer strategy and make a measurable impact. Although the company is deeply established, the role offers genuine scope to modernise approaches, drive new product adoption and help expand a growing sector of the business.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will make regular client visits and travel to Europe for demonstrations, training, and major industry events. The package also offers a commission-based structure, a company car, a yearly bonus, and an excellent progression pathway.
You will represent a sophisticated portfolio of industrial laser systems used in applications such as marking, battery manufacturing and precision welding. This is a technically engaging position where you will work closely with engineers and decision-makers to understand their processes and deliver tailored, high-value capital equipment solutions.
You’ll manage a mix of established accounts and new prospects across a broad territory, supported by strong marketing activity and a knowledgeable technical team. You need to understand technical processes and communicate them clearly to customers.
Direct experience with lasers is a bonus, but not essential. Whether you come from applications engineering, technical sales, or any high-tech engineering sector, as long as you’re comfortable working with cross-functional technology, the team can train you on the products and industry.
If you’re looking for a home‑based role with travel, technical depth, and the chance to drive change within a respected industry leader, this opportunity offers both stability and significant room to grow.
