Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead.
  • Strong experience recruiting for Engineering roles.
  • Background in hypergrowth startups or scale-ups.
  • Structured, clear communicator with strong stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics to prioritise, iterate and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Tech hiring from sourcing to offer.
  • Build strong relationships with Tech Leadership and People.
  • Create sharp job descriptions and scorecards.
  • Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to improve productivity.
  • Use data to track key TA metrics and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
