Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A‑C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• Candidates must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the IT Help Desk and prioritize incoming requests.
• Create and maintain user accounts and permissions.
• Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and software.
• Provide technical support for IT systems and backups.
• Manage ICT systems and network enhancement projects.
