Job summary

A forward-thinking insurance firm near Liverpool Street is seeking a professional Team PA to provide administrative support to a team of 10 Brokers. This hybrid role offers 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance sector, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will join an ambitious team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Immediate availability is required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting a team.
  • Experience of working within insurance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including diary and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements and process expenses.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage internal communications and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning team events and off-sites.

Team PA within insurance – Hybrid working Immediate start, with potential to convert to permanent in time £18-22 per hour 9am – 5pm Near Liverpool Street

My client, a forward-thinking insurance firm near Liverpool Street, are looking for a professional Team PA to support a team of 10 Brokers.

With a hybrid model of 4 days in the office (Monday to Thursday), and Friday from home, you’ll be part of an ambitious and collaborative environment, joining at a really exciting time for the company!

This role will support 10 Brokers, whilst reporting into the EA & Office Manager. They are looking for a confident and adaptable Team PA who is familiar with the insurance market, can hit the ground running, handle confidential matters with discretion, and who enjoys supporting a busy team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Provide administrative support including diary and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements and process expenses
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
  • Manage internal communications and liaise with external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and visitor arrangements
  • Assist with planning team events and off-sites
WHO YOU ARE
  • Previous experience supporting a team
  • Experience of working within insurance is highly desirable
