A retail company in Birmingham is looking for individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and assist in various store operations. Responsibilities include helping customers, maintaining store standards, and performing cash handling tasks. Ideal candidates will be aged 16 or older with retail or customer service experience. This position may require long periods of standing and some physical tasks like lifting and stock management. The role also involves adherence to safety standards and promoting a positive work culture.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred type of experience: Retail and/or customer service.
Work Environment: Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.
