With the community transformation ongoing, there is significant development and innovation in Cornwall's delivery of mental health services. We are creating a core mental health offer across the Mid area of Cornwall, with joint working across services to create networks of support for people with severe mental health problems. The Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and will work closely with the Operational Manager and Clinical Leads on transformation and development of the service. The ideal candidate will lead compassionately, work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, and ensure that staff are fully supported to provide needs-led care and treatment for service users.
