Salary £46,142 - £51,356 | Full time, Permanent | Mental Health Service | Preston

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join our Mental Health Social Care team in Preston East.

Our integrated Mental Health team works collaboratively with internal colleagues and external professionals to deliver high-quality assessments and services in partnership with health providers.

As Team Manager, you will lead and support Mental Health Social Care staff within the Adult Community Mental Health Team in Preston East. You will provide strong management and leadership to Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, and Social Care Support Officers, ensuring effective supervision and professional oversight. In addition, you will play a key role in shaping and developing Lancashire's county-wide Mental Health Service.

This role is based on a 5 day working pattern, Monday-Friday.
