About the RoleThe primary objective of this role is to provide operational leadership and strategic direction to a team. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred social care services that promote independence, wellbeing, and safety for adults with care and support needs.As a Team Manager, you will ensure that statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act are met, while managing resources effectively to achieve the best outcomes for the residents of Bath and North East Somerset. You will be instrumental alongside the Service Lead in driving service improvements and fostering a culture of professional excellence and emotional resilience within your team.
