A housing association in Plymouth seeks a Team Leader – Admin Supported Housing for Young People to oversee administrative operations, support staff, and enhance service delivery. We are looking for a passionate and organised Team Leader – Admin Supported Housing Young People to lead our administrative operations across our young people services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the unique needs of young people and is comfortable working in a service environment, including occasionally covering reception at our foyers.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. Bandwith hours are 8am to 6pm.
Location: Ideally based at one of our schemes in Plymouth, Torbay, or Bristol Foyer, where you’ll line manage our Customer Service Officers. We’re happy to discuss alternative arrangements with the right candidate, including a main office base.
