Team Leader

Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + Enhancements

Location: Plymouth

Responsibilities
  • Account for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
  • Require flexible availability; travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
  • Days: Monday – Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7‑day working pattern and possibility of flexibility in the working days per week if required).
  • Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
  • Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame.
  • Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
Qualifications
  • A Full Driving Licence
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • The ability to remain focused when under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel
