Summary

At Bis Henderson we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the team at a specialist FMCG company at their Dartford site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving/despatch of goods in line with customer needs and ensure relevant individual and team KPI's are met.
• Ensure that all inventory is accounted for and stored correctly.
• People management; motivating the team, organising workloads, briefing the team before shifts, conducting 1-2-1s and acting on any HR related requirements.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement and lead change in line with business objectives.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety regulations at all times.

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience managing a team within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage, guide and support the team to achieve goals.
• Able to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to use own initiative.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
