About the Role

• Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) completed or working towards.
