A support services company in the UK is seeking a passionate female team leader to support an individual's emotional and practical needs. The role involves facilitating team development, conducting appraisals, and ensuring a positive impact on quality of life. Contract Hours: 20hrs per week

Betty is bubbly and outgoing and enjoys getting out shopping, going to the cinema, spending time doing crafts, or volunteering. She also enjoys holiday abroad to sunny locations, so pack your bags!
As part of Betty's team, you will need to be supportive of her emotional health and well-being and support her in building on her existing skills as Betty can have difficulties regulating her emotions.
As the team leader, you will help the team to see opportunities over barriers and make sure the team are supporting Betty to live her best life. You will have management hours and will facilitate 1-1's, team meetings, appraisals, team development and problem-solving sessions to support the team's development and make sure Betty is always at the centre of her support.
