Overview

Team Leader

Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 car allowance per month.

Location: Dundee

Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion • Immediate Start • Holiday Pay

As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites. We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day. You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame
  • Monitor and improve team productivity where possible
Qualifications / Person Specification
  • Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused when under pressure
  • Time management skills and the ability to work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Role Details

Hours: Evening/Night shifts; Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 pattern)

Note: This role involves working unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under 18 years.
