• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care and support for the young people in the Home.
• Ensure the Home runs smoothly and meets all care standards.
• Support and mentor the care team.
• Build relationships with young people.
• Act as a deputy to the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
