What your day will look like

You will take care of young people day to day, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. As a team leader you will support the staff team and maintain high standards, stepping in for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.

What we're looking for

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
  • Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification

  • Base salary £35,400 – £42,664
