This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and passionate care professional to join a well-established home, leading a dedicated team to deliver safe, supportive, and life-enhancing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise Residential Support Workers to provide outstanding, person-centred care.
  • Manage medication safely and oversee health-related needs.
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Implement, monitor, and review individual care plans.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and external professionals.
  • Contribute to service improvement through audits, quality assurance, and team development.
Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (CYP QCF/NVQ) – this is a must-have qualification.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a children’s residential setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour management, and care planning.
  • Full UK driving license desirable but not essential
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
