Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy. You will be acting as a duty manager at times and looking after the safe operation of the Soft Play area and making sure our Hotel Guests are happy and enjoying their stay. **At least 3 years or equivalent in Hospitality or retail to be suitable. This is a very complex and challenging business that requires a certain level of experience due to the several different departments we hold**

This is a great opportunity for a current junior manager/supervisor looking for their next step and to learn more aspects of hospitality.

There are Two openings for this role and both require a full flexibility on hours. Weekends are non negotiable.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Maintain high standards in our Hotel and safety in our Soft Play area
