A leading care provider is seeking a Team Leader to support individuals with various needs in Rotherham. The role involves supervising staff, encouraging independent living, and providing personal care. A background in care and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The Mews is looking to recruit a Team Leaderto join their team.
Role type:Full-time, 36 hours per week.
Shifts:8am - 8pm. You will work every other weekend and this will include being on-call throughout the weekend that you work. Night shifts may be required at times (8pm - 8am).
Pay Rate:£13.10 per hour

Our teams provide care and support for individuals with different conditions at Priory sites all across the UK.
Your positive attitude and passion for providing high quality care and support will be your key strengths, but you'll also have a friendly, patient and positive approach to work.
You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.
You will have gained experience in a similar setting, supervising and leading others. While a formal qualification is not required, you should be willing to complete a Level 3 qualification in Team leadership and management with Priory.

The Mews Bramley is located in the quaint village of Bramley, a suburb of Rotherham. This residential service offers support for eight males and females, including autistic individuals, people with a learning disability and those with physical health needs. We are located off a main road, within our own grounds.
Our team are dedicated to building positive outcomes for everyone we care for using innovative person-centred support programmes, in a safe and caring environment. All of the accommodation at the home is self-contained.
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland, and the cost of this will be covered by Priory.
