A leading services provider in Fareham is seeking a Team Leader to support course training administration for the Selborne Contract. The role involves managing a large team across multiple locations, ensuring checks and controls of team output, and handling record management tasks. Experience in team leadership and strong IT skills are essential, with preference for backgrounds in the defence industry. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster - As the Team Leader you will support the provision of course training administration activities across the Selborne Contract in the South East area. Leading a team of individuals based across 3 locations in the South East. The role will be based out of HMS Collingwood with travel to other locations as required.
