Team Leader - Chesterfield - Jointing Tech

Role: Team Leader based in Chesterfield. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead, support and inspire a busy Sales team, creating a positive, inclusive and high‑engagement working environment.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer care, teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate openly and regularly with the team, sharing updates on priorities, performance and success.
  • Review workloads and processes to ensure the team can manage customer enquiries efficiently and consistently.
  • Build mutually beneficial and long‑lasting relationships with customers and colleagues in the branch network.

Working hours: This is a full time permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.

Requirements
  • Experience in people-management or a team leadership role (preferred)
  • A strong background in customer service, with a people-first mindset
  • A supportive, coaching leadership style that builds confidence and capability in others
  • Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills
