We are looking for a Team Leader at The Barnsley Metrodome!

At BPL we're all about helping people feel good—and as a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in bringing that to life at our flagship site The Barnsley Metrodome. You'll start your leadership journey with us leading our catering teams in our new adventure play area Adventure Reef, our newly established food court and Rigby bar and restaurant. How exciting!

More about the role :

As a Team Leader, you'll be the friendly face that motivates and supports your team to deliver amazing experiences for every customer that walks through our doors. You'll lead from the front—whether that's greeting customers, coordinating team activities, hosting parties, serving food and drinks, or ensuring the play area is safe, clean, and full of energy.

You'll inspire your team by creating a positive, engaging environment and helping them grow in their roles. You'll keep everyone in the loop, share new ideas, and support the development of our fantastic team members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, fun environment and knows how to bring the best out in others.

You’ll :

Lead and support the day‑to‑day running of Adventure Reef, the food court and Rigby bar and restaurant.

Coach, motivate and develop team members.

Help train new staff and share best practices.

Ensure high standards of safety, service, and cleanliness.

Be a point of contact for customers and handle any queries with a smile.

Week 1 : Friday 08.00 - 14.00 & Sunday 11.30 - 21.00

Week 2 : Wednesday 08.00 - 14.00, Thursday 08.00 - 14.00, Saturday 11.30 - 21.00 & Sunday 11.30 - 21.00

Week 3 : Monday 14.00 - 20.00, Wednesday 14.00 - 20.00 & Thursday 14.00 - 20.00
