Are you passionate about perfume, and love people? Do you want to be part of a supportive team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Everyday our Team Leaders work hard to make sure their team and customers feel valued, confident and special. As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring they are set up for success.
• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets with incentives and recognition.
• Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, stock loss prevention, and store procedures.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, step in to keep operations running smoothly.
• As a key holder, ensure the store opens and closes at the correct times.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service and ensure your team does the same.
• Be aware of regular hours and receive your rota at least 4 weeks in advance to plan your life outside work.
