A global creative consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistant to join their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative and dynamic environment, with real scope for professional development.

As central point of coordination for the team, you'll work closely with a team of designers, technologists, and engineers - managing complex diaries, coordinating global travel, supporting events, and assisting across projects and wider team activity.

This position is ideal for a highly organised Team Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys using a broad range of administrative skills to help things run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ years’ relevant experience, including diary and travel management - ideally within a creative or fast-paced environment

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A positive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
