Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment while the regular teacher is absent, ensuring students are engaged and following the academy's behaviour and discipline policies.
  • Supervision: Oversee students during school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Support Learning: Assist students with questions and provide guidance on the lesson content, helping them stay on track with their studies.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of attendance, behaviour incidents, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure Order and Respect: Uphold the academy's values by promoting a respectful and inclusive classroom environment, and fostering positive interactions among students.
