A friendly and inclusive primary school in Banbury is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing in a classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will be a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant with excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively within the school environment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children with their academic progress and social development, ensuring that every pupil feels included and encouraged.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons as a Teaching Assistant.
