A local educational authority in Eccles seeks a dynamic Teaching Assistant to support the educational development of young males with complex needs. Our school has a mix of qualified teaching staff, Higher Level Teaching Assistants and Teaching Assistants. We are assisted by our health and residential colleagues to support young people during their time at the centre. This provides an exceptional opportunity for pupils to make progress and to ensure they have a wealth of opportunities that can prevent re-offending. The schools offers a 50 week curriculum, although teaching staff are covered by teachers pay and conditions the school terms are slightly amended to facilitate this., We are seeking to appoint 1 dynamic Teaching Assistant who share our vision and values and who want to make a difference to individual achievement. Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently 49.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months salary payments at a rate of 12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of 49.50.
