Teaching Assistant - Full Time

Croydon
Daily Rate: 104.71
Start Date: Flexible / Ongoing

We are currently recruiting full-time Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or aspiring teachers looking to gain hands-on classroom experience, though experienced Teaching Assistants are strongly encouraged to apply.

As we work closely with schools across Croydon, we are always recruiting, meaning start dates can be anytime depending on availability and school need.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in class on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
• Working with pupils with SEND, EAL, or additional learning needs (depending on placement)
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment

Working Hours:

• 8:25am - 4:05pm, or
• 8:30am - 3:30pm (Hours vary depending on the school)

Requirements:

• A full-time commitment only
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to process one
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
• Graduates or aspiring teachers are ideal, but experienced candidates will be strongly considered
