Are you a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant searching for your next role?

Have you previously supported individuals with SEND?

A school within Handsworth is currently looking for 2 Teaching Assistants to work full time in EYFS from September. This role may involve small aspects of personal care. The school are looking for individuals who are highly adaptable, and can take charge of full classes if/when required.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with SEND
  • Work in EYFS on a full-time basis from September
  • Assist with classroom management and take charge of full classes when required
  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and contribute to a positive learning environment
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Level 3 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification
  • An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Primary curriculum
  • Recent primary school experience within the last 3 years
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Clear Enhanced Child Workforce on the Update Service (if you do not have this, we will require you to apply for a new DBS)
  • Able to provide at least 2 references to cover a minimum of 2 years
