A local educational institution in King's Lynn is looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant to enhance the learning experience of students. This role supports classroom activities, promoting pupil independence and participation. Salary: Scale C Point 4 £13.05/hour approx. £16,757/annum (FTE £25,185 based on a 37 hour week – please note salary will be pro rata)
Hours: 28.75 hours/week - 39 weeks (term time plus one)

As an Achievement and Progress Support Assistant, you will work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while also promoting their independence, self‑esteem, and social inclusion. You will provide support to pupils so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement.
The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description provide a summary of the main aspects of the role.
