Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to inspire young learners in a welcoming primary school in Wolverhampton. This full-time, term-time role involves leading lessons, supporting student learning, and promoting an inclusive classroom environment. Ideal candidates possess HLTA or Level 3 qualifications, with strong communication skills and a passion for student wellbeing.

Your Role:
Lead small groups and whole-class lessons with confidence
Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
Encourage academic and personal development
Work closely with staff, pupils, and parents
Help foster a supportive, inclusive classroom culture
What You’ll Need:
HLTA or Level 3 TA qualification
Classroom experience in a primary school
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for inclusive learning and student wellbeing
