Teaching Assistant

We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our passionate and dedicated team in a long‑term capacity, across Stafford, supporting pupils in a warm, inclusive, and well‑resourced environment.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work one‑on‑one and in small groups to provide personalised support that meets the unique needs of each pupil. You’ll be a key part of a collaborative team, helping to deliver a creative, ambitious curriculum that encourages independence and celebrates every achievement—no matter how big or small.
