About the role

Are you a passionate Welsh-speaking Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or an experienced educator seeking flexible teaching opportunities? We are recruiting for dynamic and motivated teachers to support schools across Cardiff, Caerphilly, and the surrounding areas on a supply basis. Supply teaching offers variety, experience across different school environments, and flexibility before committing to a permanent post. We position ourselves as a dedicated support network for educators at every stage of their journey.

To be successful in this role, you will meet the following requirements.

Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or BA in Education
• Be fluent in Welsh (essential)
• Have experience teaching in UK schools (placements or otherwise)
• Be confident in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Demonstrate adaptability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the curriculum effectively
• Be eligible to work in the UK and willing to complete full safeguarding checks
