What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher looking for your first teaching post or an established teacher looking for a new challenge? Our award-winning team seek to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and inspirational specialist Teacher of Maths. The suitable candidate will have a good track record of excellent classroom practice and sustained experience in achieving positive outcomes and exceptional progress for students. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach GCSE Maths and resit maths, as well as cross-curricular support for some elements of the T Level provision.

At Energy Coast UTC our intent is to deliver academic excellence alongside a world class technical and skills based practical education, ensuring our students also excel in employability skills and work directly with employers on a range of projects. Our 14-19 college, located on the edge of the Lake District National Park in an area of outstanding natural beauty, is a thriving educational setting which has nurtured partnerships between industry and education.
