A leading sixth-form educational institution in Reigate is seeking a dynamic teacher for the Business Department. Reigate College, a highly regarded sixth‑form college, is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join the Business Department. The position is a fixed‑term contract from 1 January 2026 to 31 August 2026, available part or full‑time (38.10 % to 100 %). The role is suitable for experienced teachers or Early Careers Teachers (ECTs), with mentoring and a full training programme available for ECTs.
The Business Department is the college’s largest, based in the Business Centre with fully equipped classrooms and IT access. It teaches a range of A Level and BTEC Business courses, with a staff team of fifteen senior teachers and sixteen other teachers. Students progress to university courses and competitive apprenticeships.
The full‑time equivalent salary for the post is up to £53,232 per annum. A full‑time teacher’s contact time is 21 hours per week (20 hours teaching and 1 hour tutor). ECTs receive a 5 % or 10 % reduction on their timetable, depending on whether they are in the first or second year.
