  • Start Date: 5th January 2026
  • Contract Type: Full-time, long-term supply (Temp-to-Perm potential)
  • Pay Rate: £105–£140 per day (experience dependent)

The Role

We are working closely with a welcoming and well-organised primary school in Cullompton that is seeking a flexible and reliable teacher for a long-term placement:

  • 4–5 days per week
  • Guaranteed until July 2026
  • Strong consistency and stability
Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering high-quality teaching across a range of year groups
  • Providing PPA and ECT cover, including leading whole-class learning independently
  • Adapting lesson delivery to meet the needs of different pupils
  • Supporting small-group interventions where required
  • Maintaining a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

You will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning while supporting pupils’ academic and personal development across the school.
