Trusted Talent are currently seeking confident and pro‑active individuals to join our team of dedicated teachers or teaching assistants. Our team works flexibly across a number of local client schools in Ludlow and surrounding area. Role commencing Jan 2026.

Cover Supervisor work is available for candidates without qualified teacher status.

Requirements

• Must have qualified teacher status or (ECT)
• Must have availability for 3‑5 days a week
• Daily pay rate of £130 ‑ £160 per day depending on teaching experience
• Manage your own work diary – flexible work to fit around your commitments
• Regular and consistent work available in schools local to you, especially in Ludlow and surrounding area
• Opportunity to build on your classroom experience within supportive schools

Role Responsibilities

• Relieve periods of staff absence and shortages by providing lesson cover as a teacher or teaching assistant across KS3 and KS4
• Assist students with the schemes of work provided and ensure that they remain on task, whether as a teacher or teaching assistant
• Maintain excellent classroom practice by implementing effective behaviour management strategies
• Record attendance accurately
• Follow behaviour and child protection policies in line with school procedures
• Support other staff as a teacher or teaching assistant to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of lessons
