A leading social business in Norwich is seeking a dedicated Teacher to educate and support students with emotional and behavioral difficulties in KS3 and KS4 subjects. The role involves creating lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and building positive relationships with students and families. The ideal candidate will have a recognized teaching qualification and experience in behavior management, aiming to inspire and engage all learners. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between £31,775 and £41,000.

Include schools provide an alternative to mainstream schooling, whereby multiple barriers to learning have previously affected engagement and access to education
Catch22 include Norfolk is an Ofsted registered independent school. It provides full‑time, alternative, secondary education for young people who have been excluded from their previous school or pupil referral unit, or who need additional support to whatis offered by a mainstream setting.
We are looking for a Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 to teach a variety of subjects, that could Include PSHE, Humanities, Citizenship, Art. As a Teacher you will work in our alternative education provision in Norwich. You will be teaching students who have emotional and behavioural difficulties, in small groups. The work is intensive requiring flexibility, sensitivity, patience and resilience. An ability to work with and engage all students with creativity and passion towards the subject is essential.
You will be part of a small but effective team where communication and professionalism is paramount. The work, whilst challenging, is extremely rewarding. Primarily you will be required to teach, produce schemes of work and lesson plans. Building rapport with students/families/carers is key to this role and you will need to liaise with a variety of agencies to problem‑solve student issues and barriers to learning.
