About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage a portfolio of business and personal clients while providing high-quality tax and advisory services.

Reporting directly to the Partners, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial statements and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, trusts, companies, and group entities
  • Providing advice and support across taxation, business advisory, management reporting, and cash flow
  • Managing the progress of allocated jobs and liaising with Partners on client queries
  • Coaching and support of junior team members as required
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience preparing financial statements and tax returns across a broad client base
  • Ability to prepare SMSF’s is desirable but not essential
  • A tertiary qualification in accounting, ideally with CA or CPA qualifications or working towards
  • Experience with Xero is essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients
  • Attributes including professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail, reliability, and honesty
