Based in central London, the firm works with a wide range of clients, from innovative start-ups and owner-managed businesses to large international groups. Their portfolio spans Financial Services, Media and Technology, Property, Travel, Manufacturing, and Hospitality/Retail, offering a genuinely varied range of capital allowances engagements.
The Capital Allowances team plays a key role within the wider tax practice. They work closely with specialist surveyors to assess property-related expenditure, identify qualifying spend across new developments, acquisitions, and refurbishments, and guide clients through the full claims process. The team also advises on enhanced and sector-specific reliefs, providing technically robust, commercially-focused solutions.
