A recruitment-focused organization in the East Midlands is seeking a motivated Talent Resourcer to enhance their recruitment activities. This role involves full cycle recruitment, from job advertisement to onboarding, while managing a diverse range of vacancies, primarily in the apprenticeship sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, have exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knovia is growing our Talent Team and we are looking for an experienced Talent Resourcer to support our impactful Talent acquisition activities for all companies within the group. This is a full 360 internal recruitment role, from advert creation, sourcing and interviewing through to offering and onboarding our chosen candidates.
