We’re looking for a Talent Partner with deep expertise in Data Centre, Projects or Engineering recruitment to be responsible for end-to-end hiring for these critical functions in Norway. You’ll be a strategic partner to senior leaders, owning hiring plans, market mapping and delivery across senior and specialist roles.
This is a hands-on role - you will personally run high-impact searches, influence hiring decisions with data and market insight and help build a world-class hiring bar for Corporate functions, specifically Finance and Legal teams.
