Job summary

A modern talent solutions consultancy in the UK is seeking a Talent Partner to connect with top designers and digital experts worldwide. Responsibilities include utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, screening candidates, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to negotiations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the design landscape. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, competitive commission structure, and an annual wellness allowance.

Qualifications

The Role

Your task…

You will need to find and get to know all of the top designers, innovators, and digital experts globally. We want you to be tenacious, daring, and curious about how to find and connect with these people, wherever they may be across the globe.

Matchmaking is at the heart of this role.

Will it be easy? This is one of the most challenging parts of the job, but we are here to support. You will work closely with the Managing Partners to deliver on exciting briefs for some of the world's best design studios, digital consultancies, startups, and global brands.

Here’s what you’ll be doing…
  • You’ll be searching for the world's best design and digital talent globally
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter and Bulleon searches to find them
  • Thorough candidate screening calls, creating a pipeline of great talent for clients
  • Take ownership of all aspects of the candidate process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview preparation, and offer negotiations
  • Build a strong employer brand and attract both the obvious talents as well as the more covert talents
  • Managing your own personal brand to promote yourself as well as aspexx.digital
  • Attending industry-leading events to grow your network and promote aspexx.
If you’re keen to apply, we need the following from you…
  • 2-4 years’ recruitment experience is desired
  • Previous experience working on a CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to solve problems
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workflows
  • Stakeholder management would be a benefit
  • Ideally, a Degree or a Higher Education certificate
