What the job involves

In particular, you will:

  • Help your teammates to find, approach, and filter the most talented candidates
  • Design and optimise interview and referencing processes that identify the best role & cultural fit, while providing the most empathetic candidate experience
  • Manage candidate progression to ensure that strong talent doesn't get lost in the pipeline
  • Help hiring managers build and maintain a network of incredibly talented, mission-aligned people to support future hires
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop talent marketing that attracts the right people
