As our Talent Partner you will lead a true 360 talent acquisition process across The GelBottle Inc. and its group of subsidiaries. From job spec creation, hands‑on interviewing and proactively managing onboarding you’ll ensure every stage of the hiring journey is seamless, inclusive and aligned with our company objectives.
This hybrid role requires 3 days per week onsite fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and enabling close collaboration across teams.
You’ll work cross‑functionally with HR SLT Events and Social teams to support recruitment, onboarding, internal engagement and employer branding. You’ll also drive operational efficiency, manage our PSL and deliver insights to the Senior Leadership Team for our global teams.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in talent acquisition ideally within a fast‑paced multi‑brand environment. You’ll be confident managing recruitment operations, building strong relationships and using data to drive decisions. You’ll also bring creativity to employer branding and a passion for inclusive hiring.
