Overview

Our client are currently recruiting for a Talent Engagement Manager to work on a contract basis. Their offices are based in London but the role can be fully remote.

You will need to be able to speak French or German along with English and ideally have FMCG and in house recruitment experience.

Responsibilities
  • The Talent Engagement Manager is a critical stakeholder relationship role that focuses on ensuring consistent delivery and an excellent candidate experience. As they continue to develop various markets, you will support across all of the Southern Europe and Northern Europe Markets to attract and engage high calibre talent.
  • You will be accountable for Commercial, Marketing, Legal and Finance hiring.
  • Bring the employer brand and employee value proposition to life by expressing the company purpose, values and ambitions and connecting talent with what makes the culture special.
  • The role is highly visible to a large cross section of key and senior stakeholders, many of whom hold critical leadership roles that impact the organisation\'s ability to achieve key business outcomes and the overall Performance Ambition.
  • You will be an expert in resourcing, hiring and talent planning processes and will act as a coach and mentor to key stakeholders.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Experience within a corporate in-house recruitment team.
  • Experience in FMCG or Luxury business would be an advantage.
  • Either French or German language capability is essential.
  • Experience of operating in an international matrixed organisation, managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region and championing diverse shortlists of candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional consultative skills with the ability to influence action and change with stakeholders, plus strong listening and persuasive communication.
