Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Advisor to join our People team! This is a new role to help drive our People Strategy which will focus on Talent Management, Succession Planning and Professional Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing and delivering effective learning initiatives that enhance colleague skills, knowledge and behaviours to support improved capability and career development across the Pioneer Group.
  • Providing guidance to managers across the group to design and implement effective onboarding and planning inductions for new employees.
  • Supporting the Head of People & OD in planning and organising all learning and development initiatives within the Pioneer Group.
  • Working closely with the wider People Team and building relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
