A leading gaming company is seeking a Talent and Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist to ensure efficient operations across Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce functions. The role requires over 5 years of experience in HR Operations, strong knowledge of systems like Workday and Greenhouse, and a keen understanding of data privacy regulations. This is a 6-month hybrid contract position supporting diverse team initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce efficiency. The successful candidate will partner closely with various departments to improve operational processes.

The Talent and Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations across both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Contingent Workforce (CW) functions. This individual will partner closely with HR, TA, Finance, and Procurement teams to enhance systems, data accuracy, and process consistency across global workforce operations.
This role supports initiatives that enhance SIE’s workforce programs, streamline operations, and strengthen both contingent and employee hiring processes.
Note: This is a 6-month contract position paying a daily rate, through our partner agency. The role is primarily remote; however, onsite presence will be required at agreed times to support ongoing projects.
