A leading financial services firm in the UK is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Technology and IT. This 12-month FTC role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing diverse talent. Ideal candidates will have proven in-house Tech/IT recruitment experience and a background in financial services. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of Tech/IT roles.

  • Advise on the most effective sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
  • Manage offers and collaborate with HR for onboarding.
  • Maximize the use of the TA system and contribute to improvements.
  • Maintain accurate headcount and vacancy data.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech/IT (12-Month FTC)

Location: Canary Wharf | Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days remote

Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a leading financial services firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Technology and IT. This role has been created to support a significant increase in hiring volume, expected to continue throughout 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Talent Acquisition team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of Tech/IT roles across UK (primary focus) and US markets.
  • Direct Sourcing: Lead proactive sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals to attract diverse talent.
  • Process Ownership: Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and governance standards.
  • Channel Strategy: Advise on the most effective sourcing channels to optimize results.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with PSL agencies and external partners.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, provide structured briefing sessions, and ensure timely feedback.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Manage offers and collaborate with HR teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • System Optimization: Maximize use of the TA system and contribute to process improvements.
  • Data Accuracy: Work with HR Shared Services to maintain accurate headcount and vacancy data.
About You
  • In-house Tech/IT recruitment experience: Proven experience in this area is essential.
  • Financial services recruitment: Background in this sector is a prerequisite.
  • e-recruitment systems: Familiarity with these systems and strong stakeholder management skills.
