You'll manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, playing a key role in building high‑performing teams that drive the firm's continued success. This role focuses solely on hiring for our operational support functions (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, etc.). It requires effective stakeholder management to meet the unique hiring needs of each team and department. As an individual contributor, you will be embedded within our wider Talent Acquisition team of driven, results‑oriented individuals dedicated to growing our firm.

The Role
  • Full life‑cycle recruitment: Ownership of end‑to‑end specialist graduate pipelines and hiring target attainment
  • Attraction strategy and brand building: Audit potential third‑party partnerships across new job platforms and build highly effective working relationships with external partners such as third‑party platforms and agency partners
  • Proactive sourcing: Execute tactical research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates
  • Candidate assessment: Screen applicants and conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
  • Candidate experience: Support candidates through the hiring process and the delivery of offers
  • Candidate education: Effectively educate candidates on AlphaSights employee value proposition and available opportunities
  • Pipeline ownership and strategic planning: Maintain applicant tracking data, report on hiring results and recruitment metrics, and help shape and implement the team’s regional recruitment strategy
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to meet hiring objectives, drive creative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles while setting and managing clear expectations, and act as a trusted advisor balancing stakeholder needs with strategic recruitment priorities
  • Years 0‑2: You will develop and execute strategies to attract top‑tier talent for specialist roles and have early leadership and mentorship opportunities as we onboard new joiners to our team
  • Years 3‑4: You will lead teammates, run wider initiatives, and own key recruitment results, with the opportunity to apply for promotion to become a manager
Qualifications
  • Experience or interest in corporate recruitment, legal recruitment, agency or executive search, working on recruitment across the UK and Europe
  • Fluency in English required; fluency in one of the following languages preferred: German, Italian, Spanish, French, Swedish or any other Nordic language
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders

  • £40,000 base salary, with opportunity to earn a performance bonus
